Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited
today (2 October 2007) provided the Australian
Securities Exchange with an Appendix 3B (New issue
announcement, application for quotation of additional
securities and agreement) in relation to the issue of
Transferable Deposits as follows:
3Yr Fixed Rate A$125,000,000 ("TCD46(T2)")
3Yr Floating Rate A$205,000,000
("TCD47(T2)"); and
5Yr Fixed Rate A$150,000,000 ('TCD49(T1)").
TCD46(T2) will be fungible with the existing ANZ
September 2010 series; details of the existing series
are as follows:
- A$185,000,000
- Coupon: 7.00% pa.
- Maturity Date: 18 September 2010
- ASX Code: ANZHX
TCD47(T2) will be fungible with the existing ANZ
September 2010 series; details of the existing series
are as follows:
- A$160,000,000
- Coupon: 3 month BBSW + 32 bp pa.
- Maturity Date: 18 September 2010
- ASX Code: ANZHW
TCD49(T1) is a new class of securities.
The Issue Price for TCD46(T2) is 99.361% of the
aggregate nominal amount of the securities (consisting
of 99.092% on account of principal and 0.269% on
account of accrued interest). The securities will pay
a coupon of 7.00% pa.
The Issue Price for TCD47(T2) is 100.334% of the
aggregate principal amount of the securities
(consisting of 100.055% on account of principal and
0.279% on account of accrued interest). The securities
will pay a coupon of 3 month BBSW plus 0.32% pa.
The Issue Price for TCD49(T1) is 99.463% of the
aggregate nominal amount of the securities. The
securities will pay a coupon of 7.25% pa.

Information Memorandum of ANZ dated 26 February 2007
in respect of ANZ's AUD Debt Issuance Program and the
Pricing Supplements dated 28 September 2007 for each
of the respective securities.
