EBOS Group Limited - Share Purchase Plan
EBOS Group Ltd is pleased to announce it has closed
and allotted shares under its Share Purchase Plan (SPP)
dated 5 September 2007.
Eligible shareholders were able to purchase up to
$5,000 of shares. The price per share being $4.65, the
same as was offered to institutional investors during
the initial placement in August.
$12 million was raised from our shareholders,
representing approximately 68.6% of the rights
offered. The shortfall of approximately $5.5 million
is subject to an underwriting agreement with Forsyth
Barr Group Limited dated 4 September 2007.
The total $17.5 million proceeds of the SPP is being
utilised to partially fund the acquisition of PRNZ
Limited.
Mr Christie, EBOS Chairman and Mr Waller, EBOS CEO,
said, "It is very pleasing for us to have such
strong support from our shareholders, we thank our
shareholders, bankers and underwriters for the
conclusion of a highly successful transaction".
