Dear Directors
HENRY SCHEIN NEW ZEALAND: FULL TAKEOVER OFFER FOR
SOFTWARE OF EXCELLENCE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED: NOW
UNCONDITIONAL
Henry Schein New Zealand (Henry Schein) is pleased to
advise that its full takeover offer for Software of
Excellence International
Limited (SOE) dated 2 July 2007 (as varied) is now
unconditional.
As at today's date, Henry Schein holds total
acceptances under the offer representing 91.9%
approximately of the voting securities on issue in SOE.
Accordingly, Henry Schein also hereby gives notice of
its dominant ownership of SOE pursuant to Rule 51 of
the Takeovers Code.
Henry Schein further gives notice in accordance with
Rule 24(3) of the Takeovers Code that the offer period
is extended and now ends at 5pm on 22 October 2007.
